Bending
The structure is made in forged stainless steel and painted in heat treated varnish, producted by an automated industrial system in large quantities, which allows to have very mantained sale prices and to sell on a large scale. Insulation is of top-quality ceramic fibres they guarantee a perfect and homogeneous firing, saving up to 60% of electrical energy respect to the traditional fiber and refractory materials.
The load floor is easily adjustable in height (except for GL1), allowing two uses for the kiln:
- with the load floor at maximun height the load capacity and consumes are reduced;
- with the load floor at minimum height the kiln encrease the load capacity allowing to fuse or curve the heighest pieces
The control panel is supplied with an TR 630/9-program-memory/9-steps microprocessor, easy to use and able to generate a uniform firing without any termics changes, with stable final temperature and controlled lowering.
These characteristics permit an optimized use of the kiln with any volume and any quantity of loaded products. They are supplied with a helpful basement support which allows to operate in a correct and confortable position of the body.
The cicle automatically restart from the interruption point after every energy blackout
The heating comes from top, due to resistences placed in allumine tubes, built in
Kanthal APM, able to reach up to 1300 °C.
