ANALYSIS OF EMISSION IN REAL TIME
Every combustion process has an ideal ratio between the relative amounts of fuel and comburant air (stoichiometric ratio).
Today, thanks to electronics, it is possible to keep the chemical composition of burnt gases under constant control and to intervene in real time on the flame feed in order to keep the stoichiometric ratio at an optimum value.
The resultant perfect combustion improves the quality of emission considerably and drastically reduces consumption.

PREHEATING OF THE COMBURANT AIR
Preheating of the comburant air and measuring in plants in operation have confirmed the theoretic forecast of our technicians: the delivery of air, heated up to 350°C to the burners offers fuel savings of up to 50% with relatively long cycles.
Also, the inlet of the same pre-heated air in baking chambers during the initial and final stage of each cycles favours the graduality of the baking process.

ELIMINATION OF THERMAL GRADIENTS
The presence of thermal gradients (unbalanced tempeature between two points) inside the baking chambers in an important cause of the product breaking, thus giving rise to an increase in the volume of scraps.
Therefore, each of our furnaces is divided into suitable number of check zone, entrused to precision thermometers: computer technology does the rest, by intervening in real time to homogenize the temperature inside the furnace.
